So, what’s the mission? Working as part of the team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating engineering downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment reactive engineering activities on site.

What are the mission critical skills?

  • A strong mechanical working knowledge
  • The ideal applicant will be a qualified, time served in a similar position ideally at NVQ 3 level
  • Ideally apprentice trained
  • Working knowledge of robots and automated process plant & machinery
  • Experience in mechanical fitting, welding, fabrication and general machining
  • Experienced in reactive and planned maintenance on systems controlling hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors (belts, chain, rollers, bearings, gear boxes, motors etc.), and able to read technical drawings
