Marshalls is seeking a Production Operative at Pollington to join the manufacturing team, working 40 hours per week Mon–Fri from 6am to 2pm. You’ll operate and monitor production lines for concrete drainage solutions, while supporting setup, fault troubleshooting, and data recording to sustain high quality and efficiency.
You’ll contribute to safety, process improvements and daily production metrics, helping the team deliver reliable results in a busy, safety-focused environment at Marshalls.
