Mission:
Working as part of the team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating engineering downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment reactive engineering activities on site.
Mission Critical Skills:
- A strong mechanical working knowledge
- The ideal applicant will be qualified, time served in a similar position ideally at NVQ 3 level
- Ideally apprentice trained
- Working knowledge of robots and automated process plant & machinery
- Experience in mechanical fitting, welding, fabrication and general machining
- Experienced in reactive and planned maintenance on systems controlling hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors (belts, chain, rollers, bearings, gear boxes, motors etc.), and able to read technical drawings
