Role overview: Work as part of a team to manufacture high‑quality concrete products in our dual‑block plant. Ensure health and safety, operate press machinery, hand‑powered tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as forklift trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Operate press machinery to produce concrete products.
- Use hand‑powered and shot blast tools to shape products.
- Safely move stock and materials using mobile plant.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work in shift rotation, including day and night shifts.
- Experience in a busy production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Forklift licence and operating experience advantageous.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility with shift rotation and willingness for night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Safe to Supervise or IOSH qualification beneficial.
