42 hrs / week, Monday to Thursday 10:00pm – 7:00am & Friday 8:00pm – 2:00am
£68,233 (including a 33% shift allowance) plus overtime & benefits
Overtime paid at 1.5X for Monday to Saturday, and 2X for Sundays and bank holidays

So, what's the mission?
- Working as part of a skilled Engineering team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment.
- You’ll be involved in a variety of engineering tasks, ensuring a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure.
- Completing routine welding repairs on machinery.
- Working on various types of equipment including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems.
- You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive engineering activities on site.
What are the mission-critical skills?
- Apprentice-trained to NVQ level 3 standard (or time served) in mechanical & electrical engineering, ideally 18th edition qualified.
- Good working knowledge of mechanical & electrical engineering within an industrial / manufacturing environment.
- A flexible approach to varying planned & reactive maintenance engineering requirements.
- Good understanding of current environmental, health & safety regulatory requirements.
- A clear passion for engineering with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
