40 hours per week, Mon - Fri (6am - 2pm) - Salary banding £27,318 - £32,284
As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with a background in Manufacturing or Production to join our team at Pollington. You’ll be part of our manufacturing team, helping to make our well-known concrete drainage products, including large pipes and manholes. Working together with your team, you’ll learn how to use a variety of hand tools, machinery, and lifting equipment. Safety, quality, and efficiency will be at the heart of everything you do to keep both you and the business successful.
What are the mission-critical skills?
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
- FLT license desirable
- Team player with attention to detail
- Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
- English communication and writing skills
