So what’s the role?

Working in this energetic department, you will be the single point of contact for customers within a designated sales territory. In this sales role, you will take ownership of all sales requests, taking the customer through the sale process efficiently, whilst ensuring each enquiry concludes. Your responsibilities will range from creating quotes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, sales management, leading on projects, following up on sales, and ensuring the customer expectations are exceeded. You will have strong relationships with any external sales counterparts, working towards a common goal, identifying solutions to win business opportunities and supporting each other and the wider business.

What skills do you need to bring?

  • Previous skills within a customer service role
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with good influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships
  • Computer savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Curious, resilient and strives for positive, accurate results
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player
