Quarry / Mobile Plant Operative
Dewsbury, West Yorkshire
40 hours per week + overtime
Annual Salary £30,023 / £ per hour (40 hours per week) + overtime

We are currently in the process of delivering a significant investment in our Howley Park quarrying operation and have an opportunity for the right mobile plant (excavator) operative.
The role will involve:
- Working in a quarry environment
- Extraction of rock from a quarry face
- Loading articulated dump trucks
- General maintenance tasks
The ideal candidate should have:
- A current MPQC or CPCS licence or equivalent to operate an Excavator.
- Experience of quarry face operations (not essential as full training will be provided)
- Be able to work on their own or as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to operational changes and prioritise work effectively.
- General mobile plant maintenance requirements
The successful candidate will be working within a small team and will be required to work and carry out a multitude of different tasks.
