Production Operative St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Starting £ per hour increasing annually + Benefits
Shifts: 12 hours Days/Nights rotation

We’re leading the way in our industry by creating the UK’s first dual block plant at our St Ives Manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire, which will create an additional 200% manufacturing capacity and boost new product innovation.
The shift patterns: You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products in our dual-block plant using the best technology and techniques whilst ensuring you put health and safety at the heart of everything you do. You’ll mainly work with concrete products, operating press machinery, hand-powered tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as forklift trucks to move stock around the site.
Mission-critical skills:
- Experience working in a busy Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential
- Forklift truck licence and experience would be advantageous
- Good group working spirit
- Flexibility on shift rotation or night shift experience will be required
- Computer user – basic knowledge required
- Safe to Supervise or IOSH qualification would be advantageous but not essential
