Field based role covering Reading, Southampton, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Dorchester and Bournemouth.

Within our Commercial Sales team, we are recruiting for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Commercial Account Management, to develop relationships with Contractors and our Key Merchant customer base.

We need you to bring with you your blend of commercial acumen and relationship expertise. This role gives you the freedom and responsibility to shape your own success, managing your entire sales and profitability budget. You will take the lead in designing and executing your business plan, actively partnering with colleagues to collaboratively identify and capture new market opportunities. What are the mission-critical skills?

  • Knowledge and experience of products to main contractors, sub-contractors, and key merchants.
  • You have a successful track record including major project and account management.
  • You can demonstrate your ability to develop long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • You are self-motivated, dynamic, and driven.
  • Confident at working independently with the skills to work under your own initiative.
  • Presentable, credible, and reliable.

Being home-based you will need to have a driving license and be able to commute within the patch.
