45 hour per week (You will be working a two-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1 - Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm and Saturday 6am – 11am, Week 2 - Monday to Friday 2pm – 11pm.)

We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Production Operatives to join our team at Beenham, near Reading!
So, what’s the mission? You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality products, using all operational techniques and creating the UK’s leading roof tiles. You will be required to use manual handling tools, including the use of powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You’ll work in an environment where safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets are the norm!
What are the mission-critical skills?
- Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
- FLT counterbalance licence would be preferred but not essential
- Team player with attention to detail
- Good level of English, verbal and written
- IOSH qualification is desirable
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
