Based at our Beenham site, the Assistant Team Leader will support the Team Leader in maintaining a safe, high-performing and collaborative production environment, helping drive the continued success of the team and delivery of quality products to our customers.
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate others, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and performance while supporting the Team Leader and wider production team.
