We are currently looking for an Operations Team Member to work within our wet press and blaster department at Ramsbottom. This position will be predominantly based on a three-shift system, 12-hour days and nights (06:00am - 06:00pm) including 6 hours on Saturday morning, completing a total of 42-hours per week. The role requires the ability to safely carry out tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Mission-critical skills
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- FLT experience preferred but not essential
- Team player with attention to detail
- IOSH qualification is desirable
- Good level of English, oral and written
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
