The predicted salary is between 27904 - 32979 £ per year.
Base Pay Range:
- 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts (3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 7 off) – £27,904 to £32,979
- 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (6am – 2pm) – £27,318 to £32,284
Responsibilities:
- You will be part of our manufacturing team, helping to produce our well‑known concrete drainage products, including large pipes and manholes.
- Working closely with your team, you will learn to use a variety of hand tools, machinery, and lifting equipment.
- Safety, quality and efficiency will be at the heart of everything you do to keep both you and the business successful.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a manufacturing production plant.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous.
- English communication and writing skills.
