Marshalls Civils & Drainage partners with customers to design, engineer and manufacture precast solutions that support critical infrastructure and civil engineering projects. We're now looking for a Production Operative to join our Manufacturing team at Pollington.

What are the mission-critical skills?

• Proven and consistent ability to operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Experience setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and ensuring optimal performance
• Ability to identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and escalating where necessary
• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to carry out routine checks and minor maintenance
• Understanding of production processes, machine cycles, and output optimisation
• Experience completing start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, SOPs, and production specifications
• Strong focus on quality control, ensuring products meet required standards
• Accurate recording of production data, downtime, and performance metrics
• Strong awareness and commitment to SHEQ standards
