Production Operative – Eaglescliffe – £31,180 – 3 week rotation, 12 hrs (6-6) including days/nights. Marshalls is the UK's leading hard landscaping manufacturer and has been supplying superior natural stone and innovative concrete products to the construction, home improvement, and landscape markets since the 1890s. We’re a Superbrand and a successful FTSE 250. The brand is synonymous with quality.
You’ll be part of the team making our well‑known Marshalls paving and kerbing products in the Wet Press area. The role involves hands‑on work, including lifting and moving materials, and using tools, machinery, and equipment to get the job done. Safety and quality are always our top priority, and you’ll play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Mon/Tues DAYS, Thurs/Fri NIGHTS
- Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri DAYS
- Week 3: Mon/Tues/Wed NIGHTS
Mission‑Critical Skills
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- FLT experience preferred but not essential
- The role requires the ability to safely carry out tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Team player with attention to detail
- IOSH qualification is desirable
- Good level of English, oral and written
- A forward‑thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
- Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
