We are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager to focus on our Commercial customers. “Commercial” means working with Tier 1 contractors, architects, housebuilders, specifiers, groundworkers, and premier merchants, the key decision-makers who shape major construction projects.

So, What’s the Mission? As a Marketing Manager, you play a vital role in shaping the perception of our Landscape Division, strengthening our brand, and driving sales growth. Your focus will be on new-build residential and commercial markets. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our broader business objectives while ensuring our campaigns are data-driven, customer-focused, and commercially impactful.

  • You will understand the construction industry’s purchasing journey and can develop omni‑channel marketing strategies to influence customers at every stage.
  • Develop & Execute Omni-Channel Campaigns – Drive integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, trade shows, and in‑person engagement.
  • Influence Decision‑Makers – Target and engage architects, specifiers, contractors, and merchants with compelling content that supports the specification and purchasing journey.
  • Leverage Digital & Data – Utilise SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and analytics to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Align with Sales & Business Strategy – Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up to date with construction marketing, RIBA, Barbour ABI, and B2B buying behaviours to drive innovation in marketing strategies.

What are the mission‑critical skills?

  • Omni‑Channel Marketing Knowledge – Proven experience delivering multi‑platform campaigns that engage decision‑makers across digital and traditional channels.
  • Construction Marketing Expertise – Strong understanding of B2B buying practices, specification processes, and installation journeys in the UK construction sector.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinking – Ability to balance big‑picture planning with hands‑on execution.
  • Digital & Data Savvy – Experience using digital tools and analytics to drive customer engagement and measure success.
  • Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with RIBA stages of work, Barbour ABI, and commercial construction procurement processes is a must.
