42 hours per week, working 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, 6:00am to 6:00pm, days & nights

We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team and play a key role in shaping innovative solutions and supporting our long-term success.
What are the mission-critical skills?
- A strong electrical working knowledge with some mechanical experience
- The ideal applicant will be a qualified, time served engineer in a similar position ideally at NVQ 3 level
- Ideally apprentice trained and qualified to the 18th edition wiring regulations
- PLC fault finding skills are highly desirable (Siemens, Allen Bradley etc.)
- Working knowledge of robots and automated process plant & machinery
- Experience in mechanical fitting, welding, fabrication and general machining would be an advantage
- Experienced in reactive and planned maintenance of electrical systems controlling hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors (belts, chain, rollers, bearings, gear boxes, motors etc.), and able to read technical drawings
