Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for customers within a designated sales territory.
- Take ownership of all sales requests, guiding the customer through the sale process efficiently and ensuring each enquiry concludes successfully.
- Create quotes, ensure timely and accurate delivery, manage sales, lead on projects, follow up on sales, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Build strong relationships with external sales counterparts, work towards a common goal, identify solutions to win business opportunities, and support the wider business.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) with ability to influence and negotiate and quickly build strong relationships.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Curious, resilient and focused on achieving accurate results.
- Willingness to learn and be a team player.
