As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with a background in Manufacturing or Production to join our team at Pollington.
You will be part of our manufacturing team, helping to make our well-known concrete drainage products, including large pipes and manholes. Working together with your team, you will learn how to use a variety of hand tools, machinery, and lifting equipment. Safety, quality, and efficiency will be at the heart of everything you do to keep both you and the business successful.
Mission-critical skills:
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
- FLT license desirable
- Team player with attention to detail
- Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
- English communication and writing skills
