Marshalls plc is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Services team in Elland, West Yorkshire.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role supporting colleagues and leaders across manufacturing sites and offices with casework spanning performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.

You will coach managers on best practice, interpret UK employment law, maintain case logs, and drive HR improvements.
