Overview
So what is a Sales Specification Manager, at Marshalls your official job title is Project Specification Manager. This role blends sales, specification, and business development, giving you the opportunity to shape projects from the earliest stages. You’ll be out in the field, identifying new business opportunities within commercial markets, building relationships across the construction supply chain, and influencing key decision-makers — from landscape architects, local authorities, housebuilders, consultant engineers, and main contractor design teams. Your technical knowledge and commercial insight will position you to secure product specifications and drive long-term growth.
