Our engineering experts are the powerhouses that keep our machines running smoothly, and we are now looking for our 2026 Engineering Apprentices to join our team and help shape the future of Marshalls. We don’t just recruit talent; we build it!

We have spent the last three years building a proven, structured apprenticeship programme, welcoming 34 ambitious engineers into our team so far. This year, we are expanding even further, hiring 17 new apprentices across the UK. Working alongside our experts, you will find clever ways to improve how we work and help us implement the next generation of technical solutions. By the time you finish, you will have the skills to solve almost any engineering challenge we throw at you.

This is a real career path with a clear and supported structure. You will follow a four-year programme delivered in partnership with, combined with hands-on mentoring from our site-based teams.
