Responsibilities

  • You will perform monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations, including detailed account analysis and submission through Blackline, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • You will support month‑end close activities by preparing and posting financial journals, assisting with accruals and pre‑payments, and completing ERP administrative tasks in line with GAAP requirements.
  • In addition, you will provide day‑to‑day support to the PRC team, responding to ad‑hoc queries via the PRC ticketing system, maintaining supplier bank details and delegation of authority records, and acting as the system administrator for the Blackline reconciliation platform.
  • Your focus will also include working closely with operational stakeholders to contribute to accurate management accounts and provide reliable financial information that supports business decision‑making.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Actively studying CIMA, Graduate or AAT qualified
  • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts, and VLOOKUPs
  • Effective communication of accounting terminology to non‑finance stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines, particularly around accounting periods
