In this role you will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality digital content, including e‑learning modules, micro‑learning interventions, videos, job aids, and playbooks.
Your responsibilities include:

- Supporting product launches, campaigns and initiatives with the right readiness activities.
- Using performance data and feedback to continuously refine training and enablement interventions.
- Acting as a connector between teams to ensure alignment, clarity and consistency across the commercial ecosystem.
- Ultimately, helping sales teams spend less time searching for information and more time selling effectively.
Mission‑critical Skills
- Strong instruction and learning design skills, with hands‑on experience creating digital learning content.
- Confidence using learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Canva or similar.
- A solid understanding of the sales process and the challenges faced by commercial teams.
- Experience managing learning management systems, enablement platforms, CRMs or intranets.
- The ability to analyse training effectiveness using data, metrics and feedback loops.
- Excellent written, visual and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, self‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally while owning and delivering your own work.
- A genuine commitment to inclusive, accessible learning, applying accessibility standards to digital content.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Docebo, sales enablement platforms, CRM super‑user responsibilities, agile content development or commercial operations is highly desirable but not essential.
What’s in It for You?
You won’t just be creating content; you’ll be shaping how learning is experienced. From supporting product launches and campaigns to monitoring engagement and analysing performance data, you’ll help the business understand what works, what needs improving, and where the real opportunities for learning and development lie.
