An opportunity exists for an experienced Production Cleaner to join our manufacturing team at our Burton upon Trent site, where you'll play an important role in maintaining the standards of quality, safety and reliability that underpin our industry-leading

What's the role mission?

In this role, you'll ensure specific areas across the production site, along with some of the machinery, are cleaned to the highest standard. This will enable us to meet our daily production and quality targets and will help to minimise potential downtime

With prior experience in how a plant operates, you'll be able to clean specialist equipment such as mixers and conveyors. Health and safety will be key, and you'll be able to spot and report any production issues immediately

A flexible approach to working requirements is expected to ensure adequate cover to meet production demands, this includes forklift truck driving, loading shovel operation, and general housekeeping

  • A background in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
  • Previous industrial cleaning experience a distinct advantage
  • Previous experience driving a forklift truck
  • Previous experience of driving a front-loading shovel
  • Able to show a flexible approach to varying work activities
  • A team player
  • Happy to undertake further training required for the role
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
