Working alongside our experts, you will find clever ways to improve how we work and help us implement the next generation of technical solutions. By the time you finish, you will have the skills to solve almost any engineering challenge we throw at you. This is a real career path with a clear and supported structure.
You will follow a four-year programme delivered in partnership with Bath College, combined with hands-on mentoring from our site-based teams.
- Year 1: Build your technical skills by attending college 3 days per week at Bath College, and 2 days per week at our manufacturing site at Mells.
- Year 2: Develop your practical skills by attending our manufacturing site at Mells for 3 days per week, and 2 days per week at Bath College.
- Years 3 to 4: Hands on Experience at our Mells manufacturing site to put your skills into action, you will have a 1-day release per week to attend college and complete your coursework.
