We are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to cover Northern Scotland. This position has arisen due to a promotion, and the patch has been well looked after with great opportunities to make your mark.

Mission: With training and support, you’ll have full autonomy to sell solutions, add value, and utilise our innovative products under our trusted brand. You will nurture existing relationships while balancing the development of new and critical business opportunities across a wide range of customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying, influencing, and delivering a strong pipeline of projects with specifiers and contractors.
  • Negotiating, developing, and implementing specific business plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Promoting early pre-tender engagement and preparing project-related value propositions and solutions.
  • Attending regular meetings across your region and preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to achieve targets through planning, analysis, strategic implementation, and commercial acumen.

  • Experience in external sales; exposure to specification or technical sales would be a bonus.

In this regional role, you’ll need to live on patch, have a UK driving license, and own your own car (car allowance and expenses are part of your package). Postcodes covered include AB, DD, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE.
