Exciting new positions have opened up within Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS) for Mobile Service Technicians, servicing transport refrigeration equipment. We are looking for several Service Technicians working remotely covering set areas across Greater Manchester, Southampton, Hemel Hempstead/Bedford, South Coast, South Wales, South East/London and Leeds. This would suit semi-skilled technicians and hobbyists with mechanical/electrical knowledge. Full training, van and tools will be provided.

Details of role:
- Servicing of vehicle powered & diesel engine road transport refrigeration units
- Calibrating and completing F-Gas certification (once qualified)
- Optimise and maintain engineer van stock to maintain and enhance service delivery to MFS customers
- Ensure relevant safety checks are carried out on the company van daily
- Maintain product and customer requirements knowledge to meet ISO9001 standards
- Undertaking company training and self-development through the Certi-Tech certification process
- Liaise with central co-ordination team regarding job start and completion times, downtime and overtime authorisation
- Complete all relevant paperwork and online requirements enabling our central team and validation team to maintain a high standard of customer interface ā keeping the customer informed
- Perform other duties and projects which correspond to the general character of the position
- Ensure adherence to company procedures in line with company policies, Health & Safety procedures and ISO9001 standards
- Service technicians may be supervised where applicable
- Ensure customer service is a priority and conduct & corporate image (self, van)
Education:
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with at least 3 grade Cās or above.
Experience:
Able to work on own initiative in a safe and professional manner maintaining Customers units and Company property to the Highest Standards. Mechanical knowledge or experience would be preferable.

- IT literate (Microsoft Office), PDA use
