The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The successful candidate will be expected to support with all required Administration requirements within the Fleet Management Division to support the smooth running of the office.

  • Organise UK and overseas travel arrangements - flights, hotel accommodation, visa applications, car hire and train tickets.
  • Administration and organisation of meetings and visits internally and externally - conference room bookings, arrange hospitality, and set up refreshments for internal meetings as and when required.
  • Preparation of committee / proposal / bid documentation; formatting, printing, binding, ensuring consistent and appropriate style.
  • Order stationery and consumables, including photocopier toner.
  • Complete other ad-hoc administrative duties related to the business as and when required.
  • Cover for other administrators/PAs during leave or sickness.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in administration.
  • Strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active individual with an excellent level of attention to detail.
  • Flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with other members of staff and external contacts.
  • IT skills to preferably include - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and confidence in using internet-based applications.
