Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Technical Lead to drive delivery across a major Payments and Enterprise Technology transformation. This is a high-impact role overseeing complex technical projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver secure, high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will lead delivery across a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape, helping shape and implement modern SaaS-based solutions across technology, including Legal, Compliance, Controls and Procurement. The role requires strong stakeholder management, good technical judgment, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.

This role is based in London (hybrid).

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum methods.
  • Work with business stakeholders to shape feasible solutions, manage expectations and agree delivery timelines.
  • Partner with engineers, product managers, QA and other technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring strong governance and controls.
  • Manage change requests, vendor relationships and cross-functional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement by adopting modern approaches and staying current with industry trends.
What we're looking for:
  • Strong technical background, with recent experience delivering SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Technology, ideally across Technology, Risk, Finance or HR.
  • Senior-level experience leading technology change in a complex environment.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and integrating across SaaS and cloud data platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and problem-solving skills.

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
