Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client within the charity sector, for an experienced Progression Coach to support individuals facing homelessness and multiple barriers to move towards greater independence through training, employability support, and sustainable progression pathways. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll provide 1-to-1 coaching, Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), and practical employability support to help clients build confidence, develop skills, and access training, work experience, and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload and support clients with tailored progression plans
  • Deliver high-quality coaching and employability guidance
  • Support with CV writing, applications, interview preparation, and job searching
  • Deliver engaging group sessions around employability, life skills, and digital skills
  • Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and external partners
  • Record and track client outcomes using case management systems
  • Work in a trauma-informed, person-centred way focused on long-term progression

Requirements

  • Homelessness charity/non-profit sector or supported services background
  • Experience delivering coaching, employability support, or IAG
  • Experience supporting individuals facing complex barriers or multiple disadvantage
  • Strong caseload management and organisational skills
  • Ability to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Confident communicator in both 1-to-1 and group settings

London - hybrid - up to £30K depending on experience
