Our client, a global high-end hotel chain, are looking to recruit the services of an experienced Hotel Applications IT Lead, to be based in their offices in central London. This is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize hotel technology solutions across a multi-property environment, ensuring systems are configured to the highest standards and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support global hotel applications including Opera PMS, Oracle Simphony POS, SynXis CRS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and other associated systems
  • Coordinate and implement projects related to core central systems
  • Develop and enforce security standards, SOPs, and system guides
  • Manage version upgrades, functionality testing, and introduce new features
  • Act as escalation point for hotel application issues and assess change requests
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in hotel technology systems within a multi-property environment
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one of the following: Opera PMS, Oracle Simphony POS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SynXis CRS
  • Strong project management skills and ability to enforce processes and standards
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Previous supervisory experience in hotel operations with significant technology responsibilities.
