We’re partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to recruit an experienced ITAM Product Manager to join a high‑performing IT Service Management function. This is a senior, VP‑level opportunity offering real influence over enterprise‑scale IT service processes and asset management strategy. Working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in optimising IT service management processes that support the delivery of critical technology services. The role sits at the intersection of IT Asset Management, ServiceNow, data‑driven decision making, and regulatory alignment, making it ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve IT service management and ITAM processes in line with business objectives and industry best practice.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITSM/ITAM processes across a large technology estate.
- Design and deliver KPIs, MI, and performance metrics to support informed decision‑making.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure adoption of process changes and improvements.
- Collaborate across technology and business teams to align service delivery with organisational and regulatory needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risk and control issues within technology standards and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to IT colleagues and stakeholders on ITSM and ITAM best practices.
Required Experience
- Strong experience as an ITAM Product Manager, ITSM Lead, or similar role within a complex enterprise environment.
- Deep hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow HAM and SAM, including modules, workflows, and ACLs.
- Proven Agile Product Ownership experience.
- Strong data management, analysis, and MI reporting capability.
- Ability to operate at VP/senior leadership level, influencing stakeholders and driving strategic change.
- Integration experience across CMDB, Product Lifecycle Catalogue, and ITOM Discovery.
- Cost optimisation and vendor management expertise.
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and governance within regulated environments.
