Job Description Medical Underwriter - Insurance Medical Underwriter - UK remote Marshall Wolfe are looking to recruit an experienced Medical Underwriter to join our client, a large national insurance organisation, on a contract basis. This is initially a 12-month fully remote contract, with the potential to go permanent if desired. You will take ownership of a case pipeline from application to offer, balancing commercial risk with customer needs to support a 5-star service proposition. Act as a technical expert, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced underwriters. Maintain adherence to quality assurance frameworks, ensuring decisions are consistent and within agreed tolerances. Demonstrate proactive management of conduct and operational risk.
