Marshall Wolfe are partnering with a long-established East London charity to recruit a Careers & Progression Coach to help clients move towards independence through coaching, skills development and employment support. You’ll work 1:1 with people experiencing multiple disadvantages, providing high-quality coaching, information, advice and guidance and supporting progression into training, work experience and employment. You’ll manage a varied caseload, deliver group sessions, build strong professional relationships and ensure every interaction leads to meaningful next steps.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver 1:1 IAG and personalised progression plans
  • Support with CVs, applications and interview prep
  • Facilitate employability, digital or life-skills group sessions
  • Build pathways and make referrals to internal and external partners
  • Maintain accurate outcome-focused records
  • Work collaboratively with employers, training providers and colleagues

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience supporting people facing multiple barriers
  • 1:1 coaching or IAG experience
  • Group delivery experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work at pace
