Marshall Wolfe are partnering with a long-established East London charity to recruit a Careers & Progression Coach to help clients move towards independence through coaching, skills development and employment support. You’ll work 1:1 with people experiencing multiple disadvantages, providing high-quality coaching, information, advice and guidance and supporting progression into training, work experience and employment. You’ll manage a varied caseload, deliver group sessions, build strong professional relationships and ensure every interaction leads to meaningful next steps.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver 1:1 IAG and personalised progression plans
- Support with CVs, applications and interview prep
- Facilitate employability, digital or life-skills group sessions
- Build pathways and make referrals to internal and external partners
- Maintain accurate outcome-focused records
- Work collaboratively with employers, training providers and colleagues
What you’ll bring:
- Experience supporting people facing multiple barriers
- 1:1 coaching or IAG experience
- Group delivery experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work at pace
