We’re hiring a Principal Data Scientist to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM-based systems, with a strong focus on the mathematical and analytical side of data science. This role is less about building models from scratch and more about understanding, evaluating, and optimising AI models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and real-world impact. You’ll work with complex unstructured data (documents, images, PDFs) and help design intelligent, production-ready AI solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing and optimising AI/ML models (especially LLMs)
- Applying statistics, probability, and optimisation techniques
- Designing GenAI workflows, prompts, and agentic pipelines
- Extracting insights from unstructured data
- Leading technical decisions and mentoring others
- Collaborating with Spanish-speaking stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or similar
- Experience with Python, LLMs, and Generative AI
- Proven ability to evaluate and improve model performance
- Experience with tools like LangChain or LangGraph
- Fluent Spanish (essential)
- Ideal for someone who enjoys the “why behind the model” as much as the output.
