Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client within investment banking, for an Analyst to join a high-performing Alternatives Execution Closing team within Asset Management. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting complex, multi-asset transactions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the booking, closing and settlement of time-sensitive and bespoke transactions across asset classes including loans, public private securities and structured deals.
  • Partner with global Deal Teams, Legal, Risk, Controllers, Compliance and Technology to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
  • Monitor and manage operational risk across supported business functions.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives, including fund launches and infrastructure enhancement projects.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and help drive team priorities.

Skills Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience with Loans/Loan Closing - primary and secondary.
  • Investment banking experience.
  • Knowledge of Equities, Bonds or Derivatives is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
