They are seeking an experienced 5G RAN Optimisation Specialist to join a high-performing Network Performance Optimisation team supporting a critical Public Safety Network programme.
This is a specialist role focused on 5G/5G+ performance optimisation, root cause analysis, and end-to-end network investigations across complex mobile network environments.
You'll work closely with internal SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to improve network performance, customer experience, and service reliability.
This is a 12 month contract, which can be based in London or Bristol Key Responsibilities Analyse UE logs, drive test data, Wireshark traces, OSS trends and protocol logs to identify performance issues.
Perform 4G/5G/5G+ parameter and feature optimisation activities across Nokia and Ericsson networks.
