Key Responsibilities
Translate complex business problems into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
Deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Develop analytical models and evaluate business performance drivers.
Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation to influence decisions through evidence-based analysis.
Lead analytical projects from problem definition through to implementation and impact measurement.
Requirements
Proven experience in analytics, decision science, strategy, consulting or research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity.
Commercially minded, with experience balancing customer, business and operational outcomes.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, R, Databricks, machine learning or AI would be advantageous.
Experience within financial services, consulting, or customer-focused industries.
