Start Date: September 7th 2026
This is an 18-24 month rotational programme in our London office. The successful hires will have the opportunity to work across multiple (up to six) technology teams. The variety of this programme will enable you to build a strong foundation and gain exposure to different technologies, development styles, and areas of our business.
The programme takes your input into account; combining your interests with areas where your contribution will make the most impact. The programme includes highly personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key staff, social events and opportunities to participate in the firm's charitable activities.
At any time, you'll be working on one or two projects, with direct business impact, while supervised by a supportive team that values open communication.
What's involved?
Which rotations you embark on will be unique to you, based on your skills and interests. Some of the different teams available can be seen here. To give a flavour of the sorts of work our graduates do however, some project examples are:
- Benchmarking and onboarding a high performance distributed database
- Building developer tooling to improve safety in stream processing systems
- Writing data pipelines that feed into systematic trading models
- Creating a platform to provide insights into and improve trade optimisation & performance
- Redesigning the core library used for the Technology Team's CI/CD platform

The rotational format of our program allows you to explore various roles within the Technology team before determining the best fit for you. Upon completing your rotations, you have the flexibility to advance to the team that aligns most with your interests and strengths.
