About the role
This is an 18-24 month programme available in London, New York and Singapore.
The successful hire will have the opportunity to work across multiple (up to six) technology teams.
The variety of this programme will enable you to build a strong foundation and gain exposure to different technologies, development styles, and areas of our business.
- The programme takes your input into account; combining your interests with areas where your contribution will make the most impact.
- The programme includes highly personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key staff, social events and opportunities to participate in the firm’s charitable activities.
- At any time you’ll be working on one or two projects, with direct business impact, in a supportive team that values open communication.
