Role Overview: The Recruitment Coordinator role will be part of the global Human Capital team and will focus on recruitment data integrity, interview coordination and candidate engagement to support our recruitment efforts across various functions. As part of an expanding global business which places talent attraction and retention at the forefront of its strategy, the Recruitment Coordinator will be a critical addition to the team who can add value from day one.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining and managing accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews by liaising with internal teams, external suppliers, and candidates.
- Working with the interviewing teams to ensure candidates progress through the recruitment process promptly and efficiently and are prioritised throughout the process.
- Supporting the team in the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events.
- Responding to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency.
- Coordinating other administrative duties surrounding recruiting efforts as needed.
Skillset Required:
- 1-2 years of prior experience from either recruitment agency or in-house preferred.
- Experience working with Greenhouse or other ATS preferred.
- Experience working with financial services professionals preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Initiative to follow through on tasks and solve issues as they arise.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
