What's this role all about?
Our award-winning Campaigns team at Wiser is in an exciting high period of growth, launching campaigns across the world for huge, household names. As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll support the delivery of recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns for global clients. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign activation, optimisation, and reporting, working closely with Senior Paid Media Managers to deliver high-quality work that drives results. This role is ideal for someone with solid paid media experience who is ready to take more ownership of campaign delivery.
What will you spend your time doing?
- Supporting the delivery of campaigns for global clients, working closely with senior team members to meet objectives and timelines
- Assisting with campaign setup, activation, and optimisation across paid media platforms
- Managing day-to-day platform activity, including budget pacing, audience management, and performance checks
- Working with Creative teams to brief in assets and ensure campaigns are set up correctly
- Supporting reporting by pulling performance data and contributing to clear, accurate insights
- Helping to onboard new campaigns and clients, ensuring campaigns are set up smoothly and correctly
- Working with Project Managers and Account teams to keep campaigns on track and aligned to brief
- Applying feedback quickly and accurately to improve the quality and performance of your work
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years’ experience in a paid media, digital marketing, or campaign activation role, ideally agency-side
- Experience working across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Display or YouTube
- Comfortable working with performance data and campaign metrics
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- A proactive mindset, with a desire to learn and develop your campaign management skills
- Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction from more senior team members
- Bonus: Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is a strong advantage and should be highlighted in your application.
