Overview

As Account Director at Wiser, you lead top client engagements end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding employer-brand campaigns. You serve as the primary contact for senior clients, shaping strategies, briefs, and scopes of work while coordinating with project management. You drive profitability and growth by identifying opportunities to bring in additional Wiser services and by ensuring flawless execution and inspiring creative briefs. This role blends relationship-building with strategic leadership to transform client brands and cultures, within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client engagements with PM support, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Act as main point of contact for senior clients and manage day-to-day coordination with Project Manager
  • Own client accounts, establish clear scopes of work, and upsell additional Wiser services
  • Gather client needs, align on opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Facilitate regular meetings, quarterly steering sessions, and biannual creative workshops
  • Maintain client expectations and ensure a fully rounded service across marketing, partnerships, and early talent
  • Rally the team, set expectations, and model hands-on leadership to support flawless execution

Key requirements

  • 3-5 years in a client-facing Account Management role
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Experience crafting and delivering a creative product for clients (brief to delivery); creative agency background is a plus
  • Employer branding experience is a bonus but not required
