We areseekinga motivated and detail-orientedHuman CapitalIntern to join our team for a 12-month placement. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across two key areas of HumanCapital: HCAdministration andTalent Acquisition.

For the first six months, you will focus onTalent Acquisition, helping to attract, assess and hire top industry talent. For the following six months, you willwork within the Human Capital team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the HCdepartment andassistingwith employee lifecycle activities.This internship is designed to give you a well-rounded understanding of the HCfunction in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities

HCAdministration

  • Assistwithmaintainingemployee records and HCdatabases.
  • Support theemployee onboarding and offboarding processes, including updating internaltrackersandpreparingrelevant documentation.
  • Assistwith the management oftrackers, including internal mobility,maternityand paternity leave.
  • Supporting with HC queries, benefits, leave and absence management withguidance with the HC Manager.
  • Help coordinate internal communications, HCreports, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HCteam.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling/conductinginterviews.
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems andassistwith candidate correspondence.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

Our requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a sandwich year programme at a top institution with a keen interest in exploring HC.
  • Excellentorganisational skillsandattention to detail.
  • Strongcommunicationskills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an interest in HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
