The role
- You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders & third parties
- Seeing matters through from instruction to completion
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ PQE in residential property
- Confident managing your own caseload
