Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer £45,000–£50,000 + Overtime | Temp-to-Perm | Monday–Friday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious commercial site on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a predominantly hands-on role, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building's M&E services.

You'll also oversee contractor access and work alongside two on-site Facilities Managers to ensure the smooth running of the estate.

The Role

  • Planned and reactive M&E maintenance
  • Hands-on fault finding and repairs
  • Managing contractor access and permits
  • Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour day between 7:00am and 5:00pm
  • Overtime available, with opportunities expected to increase as the site reaches full occupancy

  • Qualified Electrical Engineer (essential)
