An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious commercial site on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a predominantly hands-on role, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building's M&E services.
You'll also oversee contractor access and work alongside two on-site Facilities Managers to ensure the smooth running of the estate.
The Role
- Planned and reactive M&E maintenance
- Hands-on fault finding and repairs
- Managing contractor access and permits
- Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour day between 7:00am and 5:00pm
- Overtime available, with opportunities expected to increase as the site reaches full occupancy
