Qualifications
- Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
- Strong teamwork skills, follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Possession of a MOT Licence is a plus; full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
- Drive to learn and develop; willingness to advance within a mechanic career.
Employment Details
- Full‑time, 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.
- Salary: £36,182 – £42,350 OTE based on time saved and team profit.
- Annual leave: 25 days + bank holidays (increases with service).

Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- Handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write‑ups and job card completion.
- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
