At Marshall BMW & MINI Salisbury, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to drive success by leading our sales team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving ambitious sales targets.

In this role you’ll:

  • Lead and drive performance of the Sales team, overseeing both new and used vehicle sales.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and driving business growth in alignment with the store’s goals.
  • Lead by example – working closely with customers, managing escalations, and supporting team development through coaching, performance management, and recognition.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, preferably in a main dealership environment.
